In the office, the equipment was fairly current, but not super state-of-the-art. It got the job done, but wasn't the very best. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
