Awful experience---Went in for a scheduled appointment and had to bring a Dr. referel. So far so average. They assured me on the phone that they took my insurance. Upon arriving, 20+ miles from home on the worst storm day in LA 2014, They had me wait approx 25 minutes to tell me that they do NOT take my insurance and goodbye. Wretched Office staff--thoughtless, careless, and incompetent! I took the day off for this and they wasted my time and patience. They do not care about you. This Place has a WELL DESERVED POOR RATING on all other sites--Shop around and see!
