I never got seen in less than 45 minutes to an hour after I arrived, on time, for my appointments. I was given hearing aids that have YET to be properly adjusted, despite repeat visits. I am now saving money in order to go to an ENT outside of my insurance plan, because this physician, and his wife who is very very disorganized and unprofessional, have failed to get my hearing aids adequately fitted and adjusted. Each time I go, others in the waiting room have expressed similar discontent. Why my insurance company chose them, is beyond me. I will not be going back.
