I definitely recommend them to people I know. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always put their customers first, though they did try hard to sell their prescription glasses. Their standard of patient care is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Dr. Scott has through the years continued to find answers and new procedures and helped me solve the "wandering eye" problem. Each person I sent to him was satisfied with the outcome!
