Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
