Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they provide a patient itinerary that is updated with any changes. In addition, they call me a week before the appointment. They are extremely reliable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I did not wait for more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They are extremely accommodating. Dr. Lanza comes across as a very competent surgeon. He provides information as objectively as possible and allowed me to feel comfortable making my own decisions.
