I was treated by Dr. Ogesen while he was in Prescott, Valley, AZ.
I felt extremely comfortable (more so than with any other doctors) in my appointments with him. He was a good listener and gave me useful information.

The staff, Katie, was extremely rude. She hung up on me 3 times and all I was doing was inquiring about his services and appointment times. I wasn't being difficult, I was just asking regular questions. I would nicely call back after she hung up on me and we would go one question more and she would hang up again. After the third time Katie hung up on me, she wouldn't answer my call at all, she simply picked up the call and hung up without even saying hello. She could have simply said she couldn't answer my questions or wasn't willing to. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM KATIE THE RECEPTIONIST.
