They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I have been coming to this office for over 9 years and have always had an issue with one of the ladies in the front. Not sure if this is the way she lives everyday or if she picks special patients on her bad days. No need for her rudeness. They were unwilling to work with me when i showed up for an appt without my ins card. I would've paid cash, but they never asked if I wanted to and instead had me wait until they verified insurance. Delivering at one hospital is very inconvenient for me, there are other hospitals that have maternity packets $1,000.00 cheaper.
