Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They don't get back to you with test results in a timely manner and found out he has a sanction against him.
