The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I never wait more than 10 min. in the waiting room, nor any longer than 10 min. once in the exam room. Dr. Baratz puts one at ease immediately, he listens to my concerns, answers all my questions, and offers even more than I ask for. I never feel rushed and I trust him completely. He was instrumental in discovering what the underlying cause was to some of my health problems that nobody else was able to see. He has a very 'human' approach and does not come across with any kind of 'God' complex. I have already recommended him to others.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
