I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was appalled at how rude and unfriendly the entire staff was. I have never received a colder welcome. I was totally dissatisfied with this whole experience; I will not be returning! I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
