They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.
