I have always been happy with this facility until today. I called and asked could I come in for a urinalysis I felt like I had a UTI. They said I needed appt offered appt for next day. I am a type 1 diabetic x 37 years with a possible uti and you are going to make me wait 24 hours. SERIOUSLY not happy. A UTI hurts bad enough but add possible kidney problems to boot because you waited another day, Way back in the day when I worked for a family doc and regular patient with a problem like that got a urine dip as soon as they could drop by our office. Amazes me how most docs these days heard you thru money money money

I was very disappointed Dr Moyer removed herself as my doctor after 16 years. Her nurse claimed I said a bad word, but instead of asking me what I said. I received a good bye letter.
