Dr Sterling and staff are very rude. I needed a refill for medication that I need to take on a daily basis or I get very ill. Not only did she refuse to refill my meds in a timely manner but would not fit me in to her schedule so that I could get a refill. Therefore I got very ill and went to urgent care where I was told never to go off my meds again because I could have suffered a stroke. When I called to schedule an appointment after my issue she refused to see me again and said I needed to find another doctor.

Dr Sterling was my PCP for many years. I finally got fed up with being told to go to urgent care every time I was ill, and being unable to schedule appointments for periodic prescription refills. Her staff turnover rate is incredibly high, and they are consistently rude and incompetent.
