Found out i had a kidney stone at ER called next day to get an appointment no openings.Receptionist said i could walk in.I got to office sorry Dr Hiler doesn't take walk ins.I only needed a referral to a urologist said i would have to see the doctor first.Apparently Doctor needs to make more money.I had some words with receptionist and walked out.my wife then called the office and the receptionist said i had flipped her the bird and was screaming at the top of my lungs.Only problem with that is my wife was with me and was at my side.nothing but lies.Stay away from this doctor he also has a urgent care as part of his office so you get to sit in a crowded office while you wait.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
