Dr. Mertins is wonderful I have been a patient of his for over 5 years He is so wonderful I even followed him from his office on 83rd ave to the office on 67th. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and really shows he cares and does what is in the best interest of me =)

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning!
