They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
