They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt mostly ignored. My insurance paid them most of the money; unfortunately I fell behind in my bills and they send a credit collections agency after me and threatened me and my work. He was rude to his nurses and short with speaking with me and the his nurses and his staff had a very bad attitude as though they were better than every one else. I don't appreciate doctors or their staff acting in such a manner. I will never use them ever again and I advise against using them!
The office was easy enough to find but my appointment was scheduled for 10:45 for my newborn baby and I waited for an hour for a five minute test. Very,very frustrating. Everyone else had been called before me even if they arrived after. If they are not going to be able to see me until an hour after my scheduled time I would rather have a call to reschedule.
I wish my doctor had referred me to another ENT. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and the waiting room was full when I arrived. I did not get called back until after 4:00, and that was after asking if they forgot I was there, to which they responded I was being called at that moment, but it was still at least another 5 minutes of waiting. Once I was called back the doctor was in for all of 5 minutes and that was it. It appears they schedule too many appointments at the same time for the same doctor. They also told me they were sending my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Several hours later I went to pick them up and no big surprise, nothing had been sent to them.
