Services Full Ob-Gyn services are offered with specialty interest in incontinence and pelvic disorders. Other services include annual visits, OB care, management of hormonal problems, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding and second medical opinions. We are proud to be the only gyn office in our area offering Interstim therapy for urinary and fecal incontinence. Dr. Hughes was one of the first gynecological surgeons in the country to be trained in this technology. In addition to a full array of office-based procedures, the full resources of Springhill Medical Center are available to our patients.
