About Elyn Tromey

You are so much more than your thoughts and fears. A unique, guiding wisdom also lives inside of you, but fears and thought patterns drown out its quiet voice. These old patterns and issues consume much of your energy and creativity in order to stay in place, and this can make life feel unsatisfying. I provide a safe and gentle environment for you to face and release these issues, so that you can live a more creative, energetic, and engaged life.

My practice is a blend of counseling and art therapy. I also utilize deep relaxation, mindfulness, and visualization techniques, which help you to bring attention into your body, where the emotions live. You can choose which method or combination of methods work for you, and I will meet you there.

I have helped people work with issues such as depression, "stuckness," anxiety, emotional eating, relationships, parenting, unlocking their authentic self, and more. I look forward to helping you face and release the obstacles that block you from thriving and relishing life.
