They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
