They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
