They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Marcus was straight forward and spoke to me in a manner that was understandable for a lay person. He also had a conservative approach which I appreciated since I had just experienced two serious surgeries in the recent past.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
