There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I wasn't thrilled with how my appointment went, but it wasn't terrible. Only because it takes 3hours every time I'm there for a 5 minute followup. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
