They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Dr Bai does not like when we ask questions about my husband's care. She sees it as challenging her and borders on being rude. We need a doctor who we can discuss his health issues with.
