Dr. is good. But bad paper work left me paying $1,300.00 for a test his office told me twice my insurance co. would pay for after saying they got approval before I had the procedure done. When mistake was pointed out Dr. Ferges refused to talk to me for over a year of me trying to work this out with his staff. I could not get past his office workers. Insurance co. said claim simply needed to be corrected because wrong codes were submitted twice, and then re-submitted again to solve the mistake.
But since Dr. Ferges was already paid and he refused to re-submit the claim or talk to me, I am now making payments on this in order to protect my credit until I resolve this with legal help. This was very unfair to me and the Dr.'s arrogance refusing to even speak to me is unforgivable. Stay away unless you want to be cheated.
