I met Dr. Obaray when I was in the ER in RWJ Hosp in Hamilton for a pulmonary emergency. I was pleased with his treatment, so I followed up with him at his private office and have been going to him since then (about a year) ~ he's an exc pulmonologist. No problem getting an appt with him; they take you on time & never canceled an appt; also they call to remind me of the appt. Would highly recommend Dr. Obaray.
