They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome or answer any questions on the phone. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Slotoroff was extremely professional and as a surgeon was incredible. I am trying to follow-up with some post-surgery questions and I was disconnected numerous times and when I called back I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. My wife's OBGYN has stated to me you are only as good as your staff, well Dr., Slotoroff is great he might need to purge his staff and start over. Again - GREAT SURGEON, NOT SO GREAT STAFF

The office was easy enough to find. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
