Dr Pare is very knowledgeable, caring and gentle, something very important when you have arthritis. She listens to what I have to say and answers my questions to my satisfaction. Her care has helped me a lot along the bumpy road of arthritis.
Her phone staff on the other hand are impossible to work with. Getting through to a human is almost impossible, even though they say the check their messages every 10 minutes. I've called 6 times over 4 days and still have gotten no response.
