The building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility in the front of the building, but they may have an entrance on the side of the building. They do have elevators in the building. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The Dr. is a great listener.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
