Horrible place. Dr. Singhal is not a great doctor. The first time I went to him he asked me, "What are you here for?" I said: A physical. He said, "What do you want done?" ..... RED FLAG. I came to him because I needed a physical because I knew my iron was very low and I needed him to diagnose me and send me to a hematologist. He made me do my own research about the doctors. Not to mention is medical assistant doesn't have much knowledge, she is afraid of his rude, nasty-mouthed, wife. Her and I got into many altercations because of her attitude towards his patients and the way she thought she was going to talk to me. I didn't know how fast to change doctors! Also, he is NOT BOARD CERTIFIED and all they worry about is your insurance and money, if applicable.

Dr Pratap's office is convenient in terms of proximity to my office. HOWEVER, dealing with his wife who is the office manager is terrible. She is extremely rude and extreemly inefficient. It is a shame because he is a good doctor. She will schedule you for an appointment and when you get there, she will have overbooked and you're stuck waiting up to 2 hours. Furthermore, she will harass you about your insurance over and over even after you've given her the card, she's made copy. She interrogates you as if you are trying to pull insurance fraud. On the other hand, the office assistants who have all the patience in the world are much more efficient. They are faster at calling the insurance company to verify coverage, are polite and are experienced in working in a office.
I cannot recommend his office. I only go because I can make a quick appointment same day (regardless of the 2 hours wait). I usually just bring my work with me and sit in the waiting area.
