Went to get a prescription for my husband. Paid out of pocket because he doesn't accept our insurance. Dr. Ligresti told his PA to fax in the prescription. She failed to do so. After a call was placed by me to our pharmacy, it was deemed that even after a revisit asking them to redo it it still wasn't submitted.

I found the receptions/office manager was very rude. She would not refax it after I handed her the number. The pharmacy called them as an emergency situation and they would not answer the phone.

Dr. Ligresti seemed to be a good doctor; it is his staff that needs to be revamped.
