They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

This doctor, as well as, her receptionist were EXTREMELY disrespectful to me! Initally they both appeared nice, however, it soon became evident that this politeness was as long as I did not question their judgement or disagree with them in any way (from appointment scheduling to medication). I sought out Dr. Zhang for treatment of my 8 year old son. Upon my first visit she was quite polite, however, as time went on and I began questioning possible side effects of the medication that she was prescribing for my son I quickly realized that Dr. Zhang was becoming quite hostile. One evening in particular, I called her with a question regarding concerning behaviors I was seeing in my son and she was extremly short with me, continuosly cutting me off in mid-sentence and finally yelling at me telling me she was not in her office and didnt know anything without her file. Further stating if I had questions I should have asked her during my office visit! Even more she then HUNG UP ON ME!! In my opinion, she does not provide quality care nor does she LISTEN to her patients! Needless to say, I will NOT be taking my son back to Dr Zhang! Sidebar, her office is also VERY unappealing...very small, cramped and not very tidy!
