I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I felt better as soon as I left.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I usually wait a while [about an hour, more or less] for my scheduled appointment. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious, as they are not posted in the waiting room; matter of fact, they're only posted in the doctor's office, which I've never been in, but did notice the diplomas on the wall.
There is one girl who works behind the desk who is on the nasty side, and I avoid her every time I must visit the office. Also, the woman who is responsible for billing is very rude. When I asked her for a copy, she made a comment indicating that it would take her forever to find my file.
