I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They are almost always unavailable.I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to but the visit was also very quick she kind of rushed in barely listened to what i had to say gave me a prescription and rushed out. I didnt get the time to finish all my questions and concerns. Out of all the times i have been there i still havent got the chance to meet Dr. McCormack she is very difficult to get an appointment with. I also had a question for the front desk but they were unsure settled by giving me a brochure and sent me on my way.

What a joke! This was my second visit after my initial consult at the Linden office. I scheduled a minor procedure with an Associate (as I didn't want to wait for Dr. McCormack herself) and I still had to wait a month for an appointment. The waiting room is tiny. When I arrived for my appointment, there were 19 people waiting in a room with 10 chairs. I stood for an hour waiting my turn. The staff seems decent enough, but obviously they were overbooked because it was one of the Wednesdays that Dr. McCormack was in that facility. When I finally was asked in (65 minutes after my appointment) the Associate reviewed what was to be done (removal of a mole and two cysts). On the intial consult I specifically asked the Associate if I could have everything done at once which she replied wouldn't be a problem. So after standing in the waiting room for more than an hour, they finally called my in and she removed the mole....a few seconds later someone from the staff came in to tell me I'd have to return again for the rest of the procedures! I was shocked...Not explanation from the Associate, nothing. I asked to speak with her and waited again only to get "yeah I know"...I left pissed. I'll be finding another doctor! But don't be concerned for them...they have PLENTY of patients, which is probably why you won't see any personal attention..Stay Away....Stay very far away....
