Made an appointment because I had plantar fascitis - quite painful - and wanted to get relief with an orthotic device. The office called me when they came in - about 2 weeks later - but instead of being allowed to pick them up and get some pain relief, I was told I had to wait (in pain) an extra 4 days because the "doctor" was busy - and I guess he couldn't spare the 2 minutes, or less, it would take to see if the device (glorified insoles) "fit." Hell, I'd know if they "fit" and I would have gladly come back - at his convenience - but at least I would have had some relief in the meantime.
