I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They don't take their patients into consideration. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There is no chance that I would ever recommend them to anyone. I was so unhappy with them. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty, business and help me out to make me better. Their office policy is insane. They do not work with you to make things easy for the patient. Dr. doesn't return calls and all they want is to get you to come in for an appointment! Then they give you a "prescription" to have blood drawn off premises THEN you need to make another appointment to have it reviewed...Money money money is their cure all.
