Great Doctor. Dr Bevalaqua has always taken time to review procedure and help calm my nerves - before the much ‘anticipated’ extraction. Staff, also proved responsive to my needs and to the urgency of my crises, working with me to schedule a prompt and convenient time for my procedure. Operation was conducted in a most skilled and experienced manner (some ‘pressure’ during no pain since). Oh, expect a concerned follow up later that evening.
It is obvious that Dr Bevalaqua is a true and caring PROFESSIONAL.
I recommend his services highly and without reservation.

Serious issues with getting them to honor their Cigna contract. Required a huge deposit in order to honor my appointment. The receptionist canceled my appointment and hung up on me when I questioned this.
