They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
