Thank you for providing us with feedback regarding your visit to our office. We're happy to know you found our staff one of the most welcoming you have experienced. We take great pride in providing our patients with quality care and service, so we appreciate knowing our efforts have paid off. However, we are sorry you felt your questions weren't answered in the manner you saw fit. Overall, we do our best to answer all questions a patient may have, but there are times we may not know the answer. Normally, it's our practice to find the answer for our patients rather than have them ask someone else, so we're sorry if you experienced otherwise.
