They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
