They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Would feel better if they took X-rays

I have always felt better after adjustments with Dr. Lil. She uses diverse techniques that facilitate improvement. The staff is very kind and helpful. The office is easily accessible, quiet, clean and comfortable. Appointments start pretty much on time unless someone comes in as an emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Lil!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
