This Place is beyond frustrating. I was forced by my insurance to switch to this place and when I went to make a sick appt they made us wait for over a month because he's a new patient. The night before the appt after everything is closed they tell me what medical records i need that left me me several hours the next day to get it. I tried calling them several times that morning to ask for directions and explain that i have to wait for his old dr to call me back to fax records and you have to be transferred to pediatrics who i called five times within two hours and noone answered. They are not very friendly when they answer the phone and did not help me at all. I was trying to call got lost getting there and still no answer. I became so frustrated i left and refuse to let my son be cared for by what seems to be an extremely unorganized office. This is the experience before even meeting anyone so I can only imagine and would not recommend going there,
