The waiting area here is comfortable and spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was surprised that it took me only a short time to drive there from home. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I can always count on them to be there for me. I have returned to Dr. Goodman after many years too far away to have her as my doctor. She was great when I was a young 24 year old with an abnormal pap, and she got me through that with flying colors. She is equally great now that I am 58 and dealing with menopause. She takes so much time to find out everything she may possibly need to know about you and your health. There was none of that "rushing through the examination" one can feel with many doctors. Dr. Goodman is one of the most dedicated, experienced, knowledgable and kind doctors I have ever known. I just love her. Everyone should be so lucky to have a doctor like Lois Goodman MD!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
