Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I did eventually go to another hospital and needed surgery on something they should have caught.
