Staff are excellent. Greeted immediately upon entering. Waiting room was clean and modern. Seen within 5 minutes of my appointment and was worked up by Rafael who was amazing. Best exam I have ever had. Dr. Dann was pleasant and explained everything to me. Left the office in about an hour. Great visit

I was concerned about floaters / flashes / dark curtain in my eye. Dr Dann said everything looked OK, but at my insistence decided a referral to a retina specialist would be appropriate. Acted very disinterested a d dismissive of my concerns, just part of "normal aging".

Said they'd set it up the retina appointment ASAP and call me, a week went by no call. Called them and they had FORGOTTEN me. Told me to set up appointment, best I could get was 3 weeks out.

Turns out I had a detached retina requiring emergency surgery! A month went by from my visit to Dr Dann until the retina visit.

I was a long-time patient of Dr Dann's, but no more in light of what appears to be either laziness, disinterest in patients, or incompetence.
