I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I never felt nervous in their care. I knew that I was in the care of an expert. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. They told me everything I needed to know, and answered all of my questions. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
