I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Dr. Mutchler listens very carefully and is outstandingly caring. His office staff is equally caring and capable. I don't want him to ever retire!
