They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I have been trying to get copys of my medical records for 6 months, I call once a month leave messages for Dr. wong I get absolutly no response, and nothing in the mail. I waited 10+ months to see the Dr. for fibromyalgia& lyme disease. after 2 years 3 appoinments he has never discuused either. He wanted discuss carpul tunnel & treat me for that. Needless to say ,I do not see Dr. wong any more he had 2 years to work on what i was referred to him for, he was just focused on carpal tunnel. When i asked when we were gonna start working why i was refered to him he avoids the question. In short the dr. did nothing to help my pain, only fustrated me agrevated it more. Anyway 6 mos is just rediculios to wait for medical records for only 3 visits they should be embarist .
