Dr. Ferry is never on time, even in the morning. Because she always runs so late, I tried making a 7:30 a.m. appointment thinking I would get right in and out. Wrong. She didn't even walk in the office door until 7:55. It is one thing to run over because your busy and taking the time with another patient who needs her time, but when you can't even make it into the office until 25 minutes past the first patient's scheduled time, well that shows how little respect and value you have on peoples time. My last appointment I had to call three times to see how she was running making my appointment almost two hours later than my scheduled time. Every time I bring up one of my symptoms or concerns, she blames it on age, even though I am still young. The office has been very hard to communicate with over the telephone. When I call with questions or lab requests, I don't received phone calls back. When I have called back to question why I didn't hear back the girl (who is not only the only receptionist but also the only assistant) at the front says it wasn't her who took the call so she knows nothing about my request. If you have nothing but time on your hands and don't mind either sitting in the waiting room for hours or don't mind being on call all day for your appointment, then you might be okay here. Otherwise do yourself a favor and find another Endocrinologist and staff who will value and respect your time.
